woow its been a while since i post something here.. well its been a while since i use Max also. this is my first model after 6 months without using the program, so be gentle with critcs :p jejeje

details:
tank made in 3ds max 6 rendered with mental ray (1 day work- 38 mins. render O_o )
i know i know, the texture.. the texture, it sucks, thats because i suck making textures.. if anyone wants to submit a texture for it, its wellcome :D (off course i will say who did it :P )

ok time for critics.. starting now :D

Not bad. I agree, you need better textures. Personally, I suggest you get the texture 'metal_grey_plain' and start tinkering with it. Noise maps and cellular maps are nice for that. I know, because I too have great problems with texturing.

even with the arctic camo pattern, this tank is pure pwnage!!! The treads/wheels are very nice looking. Also, the 2 cannons are VICIOUS!!! when it runs out of whatever ammo it uses, it could just grind people up with those serrated barrels! If only it was in BF2...
